Description
It is generally known that smoked cooking can be heated up by oven range. In case of smoked duck, using a rotating table of charcoal broiler, put charcoals properly on both sides and then put frying pan on it.
If broils duck meat on the pan, fat of the meat flows out of it so you will enjoy a delicate smoked meat without feeling a flavor of greasy.
